Order not appearing in back office

Weird issue-received order this A.M. and notified by Authorize.net. Checked Shopsite for order and it isn't there? We've had a busy season and no problems whatsoever until this. What do you think?

Did the order ever showup in the backoffice?

We ran into this a few weeks ago. The orders showed up a few hours later and it does not seem to have happened again. No clue.

This particular order did not though the problem seems to have been fixed as everything is functioning as usual. It seems the timing of this problem corresponded to the same time our web host was having server problems(per Fatcow)
