DOBA - Commerce download Issue

Encountering a issue downloading the watch list from DOBA when selecting 'create more info pages' as an option. If not selected the download works fine. Consequently the 'more pages' information is not avaialbe to shopsite, and my pages!!

What version of ShopSite? (found in footer of main backoffice screen.)

Have you tried using the Global Power Edit feature and enable the product field "More Info Page: Check here to create a More Info page" and then republish.

Thought about that, however to many products. Since this appears to effect the 'checked' only status of products, and the rest of the 'more information gets populated' when unchecked.

I could DB download to excel, and upload after changing the checked status?

In excel when saving as .txt the upload fails. I've tried copying to notepad prior to saving, and the upload still fails due to a colume mismatch error?

Any recomendations on editing?

In any event ... would appreciate some direction / solution, as this is really causing me grief using the DOBA & Shopsite solution.

Using shopsite / manager - 10 sp1, and windows vista..

I just tried a doba down in a manager level store 10sp1 and it worked for me with the moreinfo page option checked. So I'm not sure what the problem might be.

As far as editing in excel, make sure you select all columns and all rows that contain any data when you copy and paste it into a text editor and then save it as a text file and it should work on the upload.

More specifics ...

The condition is with certain DOBA watch list. Try selecting say 200+ products from GPS, and create a watchlist. Then 90+ products from OPTICS, and create a watchlist.

Download with the following options:

1) Pages base upon Doba Category names.
(Pages will be create if they do not exist.)

2) Create More Info page

This may be related to duplicate page names getting generated?

The stop occurs with product: ALLSOP 29379 Texas Hold 'Em Mouse Pad, in catagory OPTICS.

There appears to be a nil value being passed from the SKU record. Any way once remove it passed this point.

I'll have to manually remove these from DOBA prior to download. There 'discontinued' filter is not working as expected. gerrr
