Problems with Order Anywhere drop down boxes

I designed the following page with drop down menus and just like I want located here:

My problem is now when I try to duplicate this page with the drop down menus under merchandising tools> order anywhere linking it will only show me my add to cart buttons and my view cart buttons, the drop down options will not show up no matter what I do. I have even copy and pasted them from the working page and order anywhere links and they will not show up so I can copy and psat them in. Please Hlep!

have you checked the option on the Edit Product Layout screen to display the order options on the store pages? If you check that option they will be displayed in the orderanywhere screen so you can copy the entire code needed.
