Pull-down menus be used to change to change the Price?

Is there a way that the pull-down menus can be used to change price of an item? If so how can this be done?

If you have ShopSite Manager or Pro, yes the Ordering Options pull-down menu selections can change the price of the product. See the 'Special Rules' section of the Ordering Options documentation at:
