Two sales tax questions

1. Have product listed as taxable, have selected 'Tax by Zipcode', have selected all the states in setup to apply the appropriate tax. No tax is being calculated in the cart.

Any suggestions.

2. I sell govenment agencies which are tax exempt, can you flag a customer as tax exempt?

1. Did you choose the United States as the country to apply Sales Tax to under "Configure" in the "Sales Tax" section? Also make sure the checkbox is checked.

The country was not selected, I must have inadvertently turned it off.
