My checkout page won't use my custom template with https:

Postby airsoftandrc » Thu Oct 01, 2009 10:51 pm

My website www.airsoftandrc.com won't use my custom template when the checkout is secure (https:).

It works in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer. It says "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" If you click on "Yes" then it doesn't use my custom template. If you click on "No" then you don't get the lock icon.

How do I fix this?

It sounds like some of the images and scripts in your custom template aren't being called securely. Anyplace you have an absolute URL in the template for an image or a script that loads on the page, be sure it starts with HTTPS.

Fixing the calls to https fixed the problem.

Thank you!

I couldn't figure it out on my own.
