We found that the Shopsite Search function was not very hepful, and now use Nextopia, which costs us about 1,000 a year. It seems to work well.
It would be nice if we didn't have to incur this expense, but I believe the enhanced search pays for itself.

What version of ShopSite do you have, or at least what version of ShopSite did you last try the ShopSite search feature in?
