ShopSite doesn't connect my bank accout, Why...

Each setting that I using ShopSite on my web site,but it dosen't connect to my bank account after I tested the payment. Whatever I used Web site payment Pro or Express Pro.

Could you tell me if you know this and how to set up right way.

First off, ShopSite itself is not a credit card processor, and does not connect directly with any merchant banks.

If the money is collected by PayPal, then it is not going to your bank account, because PayPal itself is acting as a bank account where the money goes to. You would have to get your money from your PayPal account.

Note that if you are only going to use PayPal Standard or PayPal Express for accepting credit card payments, then you should uncheck the regular credit card options such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc, because these are only for if you are going to manually process the credit card information that is just collected in the ShopSite order, or if you are using one of the payment gateways listed down in the Processor section of the Commerce Setup -> Payment menu to process this credit card data in real-time.
