Adding a form to a shopping cart item

Does anyone know if this scenario is possible?

I have a client who uses a ShopSite cart to take charitable donations and sell tickets to fund raising events.

They want to capture marketing info like how people heard about them, etc.

Is there a way to capture that data as well as the order process with ShopSite?

This is the first time I have worked with this cart.

In a ShopSite Pro level store you can use the Custom Checkout Fields to collect that type of information. See the online help at http://shopsite.com/help/10.0/en-US/sc/ ... ields.html

Manager and Starter level stores do not have this capability.

It appears they are using ShopSite Manager edition.

I will talk to them about the Pro edition.
