cannot log into my back office

Hello,

I have been using ShopSite, provided by my hosting service, for at least four years without any problems. However, recently, my hosting service made some changes which resulted in them pointing my DNS configuration in the wrong place, thus bringing down my whole website. After several days, that was finally resolved, but since then, when I try to log into my ShopSite back office, I get different error messages. Sometimes, it just keeps asking for my password, other times it says "authorization required" and most recently, I got the following message when I tried to log in:


The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.


I have contacted my hosting service, but they are providing me with no support and they tell me to contact you people. How do it get in so that I can reset my password?

If you do not have access to your backoffice the only way to have your password fixed is to have your host do it. So you need to contact them again and ask for assistance. If the first person you talk to can't help then ask for their supervisor or a higher level support person.
