Order Transfer Issue

I just recently purchased Order Transfer and have been importing fine. I received the following message for several orders. Interestingly, other orders for the same item came through fine. Only some received this error and did not import:



The item "USD Fee" cannot be used in this line item. It does not have a correct type. (3280)

Please direct all Order Transfer questions to the support email address given at the time you purchased. It is highly unlikely that any one on the forum would be able to answer questions about OT.

I have sent three messages about this issue and no one has ever gotten back to me. I am getting desperate.

Where are you sending the emails I get copied on all Order Transfer emails (although I don't answer them) and I don't see any from you recently.

Sent 4/16 at 7:40 PM to removed for spam control
Sent 4/20 at 9:06 Am to removed for spam control
Got frustrated that no one was getting back to me so..

Sent at 4:20 at 11:27 AM to removed for spam control

Addresses worked for me.

I don't understand why I am having so much trouble getting someone to help me. No replies here and no e-mails for assistance. I am supposed to have tech support for 30 days.

Try sending your emails from a different location/email address (such as a gmail or yahoo account).
