Linkpoint has changed its IP address

I am having a problem processing credit card transactions through Linkpoint. I called Global Gateway Support as they are now called and they informed me the problem is due to them changing there IP address to 208.72.248.102 this past weekend. Is this something that must be fixed in ShopSite or is this something that my hosting company can fix? I am currently using ShopSite 8.3 and I am using Hypermart.net as my hosting company. Here is the error I receive when I try to Bill a transaction:


Credit Card Processing Failure

Error message as follows:
Error: -99
Message: Socket Connection Failed, error 111: Connection refused
AuthResponse: (nil)
Response Code: (nil) :(

ShopSite does not connect to Linkpoint (or any other payment gateway or service) via IP address, it connects via the domain name secure.linkpt.net (on port 1129). If this domain name is not going to the new IP address that it should be from your server, then this is something your host will need to fix. Perhaps their local DNS server has the old IP cached for this domain and it needs to be updated.
