Numerous Shopsite Errors After Upgrade

Hello, my server recently upgraded from the old shopsite ver 8 to 10 and I the new ver seems really buggy. I do not know if this is a server or shopsite error. First off, new products are not updating on the new ver. The old products are still there, but any changes I make are not being saved. I entered multiple products in the database and after I click 'save' and search, I cannot locate them.

Secondly I am receiving this weird error after I click checkout:

Unable to load buySAFE's data file (buysafe.aa)

Can someone please shed some light on this situation. I have already contacted my server technical support but so far they have been no help.

Have you enabled the BuySafe feature without being registered for it?

You need to work with you host on the issue. If they don't know how to resolve the issue they should contact the ShopSite support team.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your reply. The problem is I cannot even access this option in shopsite's backoffice. When I click the Buysafe Option under Merchandising I get the same error message.

I am having the same error and I do not have buysafe anything. It is not listed under merchandise.

Check with you host. there has been a problem with the upgrade process and they are the only ones that can fix it.
