error: Query failed: no such table: ss_s_SearchLog(1)

I have shopsite version 10r7.1. I just turned on all the search features including search logging. Immediately I received the error in the subject line and now none of the search boxes on my pages work. I saw that this was an issue before but my version should have the patch. Please help.

Delete the file called 'shopsite_searchlog_db' from your ShopSite's Data Directory and see if that helps.

The path to your store's ShopSite Data Directory is listed in the Preferences -> Hosting Service menu. This is where the shopsite_searchlog_db file will be located.

We deleted the file but the search function still displays the same error. Any other suggestions?

Any other ideas I can try? We are waiting to go live with our new design but I don't want customers getting the search error message.

Also try removing the 'logging_enable:' line from the sbdata.aa file in your ShopSite's Data Directory. This should turn off search logging which should prevent this error message.
