shopsite migration problem with html editor

I am migrating shopsite store from a shared unix to a vps linux.
I have aquired new auth file for new IP.

My hosting service CAN NOT get the html editor to work.
I am basicaly shut down on the migration until I have access to editor.

I was hoping to get this done this weekend... I may have to switch back to shared server and try again next weekend.... That Blows..

Has anyone been here done this and can help me out????
