My client and I agree that registration by our shoppers is key, I would like to provide a path way to the registration adverse, shopper however is there a guest shopper checkout path way?

Ie don't have time to register, check out now!

In the merchant interface (Commerce Setup > Customer Registration > Configure) you can set Registration to be required or not required. If you set it to not required then the shopper will be able to checkout without registering. You can put in some text saying please register and offer some incentive for registering, then the shopper has the choice of registering or not.

If you have the store configured to require registration there is no way that the shopper will be able to checkout without registering.
