possible, more then one admin user at the same time ?

We are a team of 3 people and would like to edit our site data and change of template at the same time, is this possible ?

What tasks are known to be in conflict ?
Can I ask my provider to create more then one login, so 3 diffrent users can do their thing at the same time ?

You can have more then one person at a time signed into the shopsite admin area. I would however use either a Instant message program, e-mail or another means to keep each other informed of what is being worked on. You really don't want to be working on the same templates, products, etc, as others at the same time else you risk the chance of overwriting others changes.


One thing to keep in mind though is that depending how things are configured each person signing in can have access to orders, customer info, etc.
