When I click on the link (in an emailed receipt) to download a digital download file (PDF), the PDF file opens in Acrobat on my computer and my browser opens up with a blank tab/page (no url or anything, just a blank tab). I use Firefox. A colleague who uses IE via AOL also gets the download, but his browser opens up to an error "Action Canceled". Is there a way to avoid this?
