add product / View product not working

All-
I created a shopsite cart template. When I add product the 1st time it works, then if i continue shopping, I can not add anymore products or view the cart ?

Any Ideas ?

This would probably occur if you left the [-- SC_ShowBasket --] tag out of the DEFINE ShoppingCart section of your template, or put it before the [-- SC_Form --] tag so that the form field created by the [-- SC_ShowBasket --] would therefore be outside of the shopping cart form.

Try adding the [-- SC_ShowBasket --] tag to your DEFINE ShoppingCart section somewhere shortly after the [-- SC_Form --] tag, clear the cookies in your browser, and try again.
