Option to register after ordering with addresses populated

Is there a way to give the customer the option to register after completing their order.

I would like to give my customers the option to save the information they just entered into the registration fields. In other words after they complete their order they could press a button to register and the information they just entered would be displayed on a registraion page and all they would have to do is enter and re-enter a password. They would be told that their email address would be their username.

You might be able to use the Order API feature in ShopSite Pro stores (Merchandising > Order API) to do something like this. You would need to write the code to do it though.
