I recently went on a site (Aerogarden) and placed some items in the cart. I then filled out my contact information and went onto the next page. I abandoned the cart before my order was placed.
The next day I received a call from them asking if there was a problem with the order and if there was anything that they could do to help me decide.
Now, obviously the information that I filled out was captured early on. Is there any way to do this with shopsite? Can it be configured to email us information on an abandoned cart once the name is captured? What about before the name is captured? It would also be useful to see what people put in the cart, even if they don't get as far as putting there name in.
