HMM Resizing submenus don't post, nore do images

Hi There:

I have a subfolder under the media folder called, "product". I configured the resizer to leave the original as is and do two other sizes. I have gone through and selected the images I need resized and gone through the process.

Yet there is no subfolder created anywhere that I can find and no smaller images anywhere. When I tried to specify the use of the smallest image in my shopping cart, a bad link image is where the photos should be.

SO WHERE ARE MY IMAGES. OR HOW DO I GET THEM TO ACTUALLY PROCESS?

How are you looking for the folders?
The resized image folders are not visible in the Images screen of the backoffice of the store. You will only see them if you have ftp or telnet type access to the server.

They were there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Yes, they were there, but they still don't show up on the pages they are supposed to. Instead I get the missing photo link square icon.

Any way to know why?
