We use a Custom Checkout Field to provide our customers with a space to tell us the message they want included with the gift they have purchased. Recently one of those messages was truncated in the Order, but not in the email notification we receive on all orders. When we asked our host, Lexiconn.net, if they knew why, they said it was because the customer had used the "&' character rather than "and" or "&". I would hardly expect our customers to know how to use HTML in a comment box or why they would even want to know. It seems to me that if we are going to provide a comment box for our Customers to communicate with us, that box should accept "plain language". Can this be implemented as an enhancement?
