More info Pages

HI! I'm fairly new to shopsite and am trying to get the more info pages to work. We got them working once but then we could not get them to work again. We are using a custom template. Please help!!!

We need a bit more information. Saying "we could not get them to work again" doesn't tell us enough. Do the pages not display at all? Do the pages display put no images show up? Does the text not show up? Do links not work? Give us more details. If it helps, include links.

This is a sample of the product pages for the site.

Each of the products is a link like they are supposed to be. But when we click on them it bring up a 404 error page instead of the more info page.

I know that not all the products have the more info page field filled in put non of the pages are working.

For one product we acually got the more info page to pop up with all the info in it that it was supposed to have in it. But when we added a second or third product to the page the more info page stopped showing up.

This is a very important part of the site because our customers only have the image we put up to see the products. So we are really confused as to how to get it working.

Are you using a custom product template that you created? If so did you include a definition section for the more information page? Without that definition there will be nothing created for the moreinformation page.
