Changing Phone Number

My client called me and told me people are saying the 800 number on the email they receive with their order is different from the one on website. I have looked all over and cannot find where to change this. The one on site is actually in header as image but can't find where to change the number going out on emails. The client HAS changed his phone number recently and this is why we need to change it on outgoing emails from shopsite store as well.

It would have to be in some text field since ShopSite doesn't have a particular spot for a merchant phone number. Try Commerce Setup > Order System > Thank You and see if one of the fields on that page has the number.

Thanks. I have searched everywhere on site and can't find it anywhere. Thought it may have been part of .aa file or something. I suddenly got to thinking it may be the authorize.net email. I will have to check with him again. I have not seen the email myself.

If they have created a custom template the phone number may be hard coded in the template.
