Order Anywhere with product options

Hi,
On the below demo page, ShopSite states that the code for "Quantity and Other Options" is automatically generated somewhere in ShopSite. They don't say where though. Where can I find this generated form for an individual product in ShopSite Pro 9? Am I missing something?

When you add or edit a product make sure you enter your Ordering options and check the box

Display Ordering Options: Check here to display this product's Ordering Options menu

If you want a quantity field also the check this one
Display Order Quantity: Check here to display this product's quantity input box

Now when you create the Order Anywhere links they will have the form field and options you need.
