Free Shipping coupon - not working at all.

Hello all,

I'm new here. Trying to set-up my system for the first time. Shopsite version 9. It's all pretty simple so far, but I've hit a stumbling block.

I've created a free shipping coupon, but when I try to use it, I get the error message "not valid for the ZIP/Country being used" regardless of what zip code I enter.

So, where do I select what countries or zip codes are valid? I can't find it anywhere. Any help will be appreciated.

You select the countries on the Commerce Setup > Shipping screen in the section Free Shipping > Allowed Countries: and click the button Configure. This section is used for both the Free Shipping and Free Shipping Coupons.
