UPS Shipping Option not available

I'm using 8.3 Pro and do not have the UPS Shipping option under Shipping. Am I supposed to somehow activate it. Also, I can't find any options regarding gift certificates, coupons, customer registration, etc when I run through all of the options available to me. It's as though the Pro version is not installed, even thought my hosting company swears that the pro version is installed and working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you do not have UPS and FedEx listed as options in Commerce Setup -> Shipping then you do NOT have ShopSite Pro or ShopSite Manager, you have ShopSite Starter.

The product level (Starter, Manager, or Pro) will also be listed, along with the version number, in the footer of the ShopSite main menu which you can reach by clicking the green 'ShopSite' tab in the upper left-hand corner of the ShopSite backoffice navbar.
