Do you normally access the site by IP? That is not a normal way to do it. The IP is tied to the server that the store is installed on so there isn't a setting that you can change, it would need to be done by your host. It may be that the DNS for the new IP has not yet propagated through the network and when it does you will be able to access the store again through the domain name.

The site itself is not accessed via the IP, just the back of the store has to be accessed that way. I was not able to change the store settings before they updated the IP address. That was where the dedidicated IP address was noted (under Hosting Service, Store Settings). I do have access via the hosting service control panel to see all the files and was not sure if there is one file that would allow me to make that change and fix this problem. Thanks for any help that you can give.

Can you still go to your store and shopping cart? If you can get to the shopping cart you will have a url that ends with something like
.../sc/order.cgi
If you replace the sc with ss and then add start.cgi so you have
../ss/start.cgi
that may allow you to login to your store.

If that doesn't work then you will need to contact your host for assistance.
