Upload image > error message

Hi. I'm a newbie with ShopSite.

I'm creating my shopping site and have entered products. However, I am unable to upload an image. When I click UPLOAD AN IMAGE, I browse my drive and find the image (.jpg). I give it an accurate name and suffix and upload, only to get the following error message:

"ShopSite detected that the information passed from your browser is incomplete and cannot be processed. The information passed is:
------WebKitFormBoundaryu3Ou0dQFmmiQF02A"

What is this? And why won't my image of the product uplaod?

I assume that you are running on a Mac since that is the only place that we have seen that type of error. What version of ShopSite are you using and what browser are you using?
