Password Protect Store

How can I make it so that a customer has to either log in or create a log in BEFORE they can access my store and pricing?

This must be done on the server where your store pages are located. You need to password protect the directory where the files are located and have the webserver configured so that it requires a password for access to anything in that directory. Check with your host to see if they can do that for you.
