Problem with Images

I am trying to upload an image and everytime I do media shows it as 0.70K and the picture looks very tiny like a BB. I have resized the image in Photoshop and it still uploads the same small image. Do you have ShopSite set to automatically resize the image on upload? The image is only 5x4 pixels in size so either PhotoShop is resizing it to that size or you have ShopSite set to resize the original to that size.

I have tried it both ways, I even had photoshop make the image 800x600 And the image before I upload is 64.5 KB (66,139 bytes) How can I make sure Shopsite isn't resizing besides the little checkmark place?

Go to Images > Configure and make sure that in the Image Layout Defaults section you have set the appropriate image size for Max width and Max height. Also if you have the checkbox "If needed, reduce image on upload to:" marked you may want to uncheck it.

I have checked and the resize if necessary is at If needed, reduce image on upload to:
6 max. width 4 max. height And that is all that is checked. I deleted the image and redownloaded and it is still at .70K, All my other images seem to work. OK I unchecked the if needed one and it sends the image too big so I guess that one is it? I would think 6x4 would be OK?

6x4 pixels is big enough? 6x4 pixels is TINY! 6x4 INCHES might be OK, but ShopSite's image resizing doesn't work in inches, it works in pixels.

Thank You, now it really makes sence and works great! The Pixel thing got me. Set it to 400x200 and it is perfect.
