Daily Transaction Reports on ShopSite HELP!!

Hello,

We are new to ShopSite and our finance dept is requesting a report that list our daily transactions. I recieve a list of daily transactions from authorize.net our cc provider but I cant seem to find a report like that in shopsite. ANY IDEAS???

Look in the Reports menu, the totals for your daily sales should be listed there (but not a per-transaction summary).

If you have ShopSite Manager or Pro, you can also download your ShopSite orders in a tab-delimited text file, that can be opened in most spreadsheet applications. If you have a recent version of Manager or Pro you can limit the tab-edlimited download to only the data fields from the order that you care about. If you have ShopSite Manager or Pro, v9.x or higher, you can select a date range for the orders to download. Otherwise you will get a text file containing all orders you haven't deleted from your ShopSite, but even with this it would be pretty simple to remove old orders once you have the file imported into your spreadsheet program.

Oh, also if you want to (and if your finance dept would accept it this way) you can have a copy of the merchant email receipt that is sent when each order is placed sent to an additional email address for your finance dept. You would do this by adding that email address to the 'Order notifications Cc:' field in your ShopSite's Preferences -> Hosting Service menu.
