OrderAnywhere "Add to Cart" image not respecting p

Postby omike » Fri Jun 13, 2008 10:22 am

Hi,

Love these forums, they've been a great help to me. I'm using custom "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" buttons with my store. I'm having an issue where the OrderAnywhere HTML buttons are the default buttons for the template I'm using, and aren't the custom buttons that I'm using. I have my buttons specified in Preferences-->Store Text-->Store Pages.

How can I get the OrderAnywhere HTML code to use my custom buttons?

Do you have ShopSite Pro?

In ShopSite Pro each product has its own Add to Cart and View Cart button settings. The settings in Preferences-->Store Text-->Store Pages will be used as the defaults for new products added in Pro, but if you created your products before changing the defaults, then your products have the old defaults for their individual settings. But in ShopSite Pro it is also easy to change the Add to Cart and View Cart settings for all products all at once using the Power Edit function.

Loren, you rock. That fixed it. I'm curious (I actually teach ShopSite classes), does this affect all levels of ShopSite?

No, ShopSite Manager and ShopSite Starter do not have per-product Add to Cart and View Cart button settings, so what is in Preferences-->Store Text-->Store Pages is THE setting for these buttons in those ShopSite product levels, and is what will be used by OrderAnywhere when generating the buttons for all products.
