We have ShopSite set up to work with UPS to calculate shipping costs of our online orders. We also have free shipping selected when the subtotal reaches $150 but it does not work. The shipping is still being calculated after $150.
Is there a way to fix that?

Shipping charges will always be computed but if the cart has the free shipping option enabled then one of the shipping options will be listed as "Free Shipping" The first time they pass the free shipping threshold a message is displayed saying that the shipping options have been recalculated and the free shipping option has been selected. The shopper may need to select that option if they previously selected a different shipping option
