Restrict what items can ship out of country?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to restrict an item from shipping outside the US, while allowing other items in the store to ship outside?

I can only seem to enable international, for the whole store.

There is no way to allow some items to be sent out of the country and not others. You could put comments on the products that you can't ship and say that they will not be shipped but there is no way to prevent them from being ordered.
