shipping rows

I am using shopsite 8.3 starter. The help file for shipping by weight says "Each row in the table represents a weight range, and you can display any number of rows between 20 and 200" but it only shows 10 rows. Is it possible to add more rows or am I just reading this wrong?

Starter stores are limited to the 10 rows. If it says otherwise then there is an error in the help documentation.
