E-Mail Order Notification

I have one last question (I hope). I'm trying to change where the order notification is sent. Currently the customer gets a receipt (which works) but the order notification goes to the Ipower mailbox which for some reason, which they can't figure out, won't forward to my g-mail account. Is there anyway I can get the notification sent directly to my gmail account. I tried to go into the Hosting Service section but was told I don't have permission. Thanks again for all your help

Your host has elected to not allow you access to the Preferences > Hosting Service screen so you can't change the setting yourself. You would need to contact them to see if they can/will change the setting to another email address.
