Drop Ship - Multiple Vendors - Different Shipping Charges

I use regular shipsite version 8.1.

I am a 100% online merchant. I work with multiple vendors. Each vendor has its own shipping and handling charges.

When a customer orders product from two or more vendors I want to be able to calculate shipping and handling based on each vendor's shipping/handling charts.

I know I can't do this with the version of Shopsite I have.

If I upgrade to Shopsite Pro will the shipping API allow this kind of matrix lookup? If so how? If not, is there any third party tool I can use?

I have to believe that someone somewhere has run into this issue and has found a solution.
