Send Key

Does anyone know how to change the send key configurations to allow us to send a client a new key (for downloadable products)even if it the purchase was several months back. In previous versions we were able to send a key even old purchases now there seems to be a time limitation which is fairly short. Thanks for your help.

If you can't send it from the orders screen you should be able to send it from the Commerce Setup > Digital Downloads screen by selecting the file and clicking Send Keys. That should allow you to fill in the email address where you want to send the keys.
