Add to cart problem

In shopsite database I keep all products name under ss_Name field in ss_Products table.When I try to add a product(example:SANDALWOOD & PATCHOULI ESSENTIAL BLEND) in my cart through add to cart button then it doesn't go to my cart directly and also ask for saving the order.cgi file in my pc. But after that if I see my cart then I can see the product in my cart. Is there any solution for this problem?If yes then how?

I am not sure what is causing this issue, however there is a setting within ShopSite where you can choose not to be taken to the shopping cart when you add a product to the cart. To check to see if this is the case you can go to Commerce Setup > Order System > Shopping Cart, and make sure that the 'Default for the "Show me my shopping cart" checkbox' is checked. If that checkbox is not checked then when you add a product to the cart you will not be taken to the shopping cart, you will remain on the same page.
