Making option boxes in checkout

I need a way to know if a customers address is a commercial or residence. I also want a box that asks if they want their order mailed the cheapest or fastest method. If any one knows anything at all about making an html code for those please help.

If you have ShopSite Pro you can use the Custom Checkout Fields feature configured in Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Checkout to do this. Documentation and examples are at the following URLs:

Ive tried the gift wrap, but I can't make sense of it when I print the order out. But I will try the survey type, I think that might actual work.Thanks!
