total product price before adding it to cart

Can someone tell me how our customers can see the total amount of their product [on the product page] before adding it to the cart?
Many of our products have add-ons and the customer can't see the total cost without first adding to the cart.

Our old store is still online and it has this feature. If you go to this link and add some different options, you'll see that the Unit Price at the bottom refelcts the add-ons for that item.
