No shipping charge in Paypal

Hello,

I'm having a problem getting paypal to receive the shipping charges from the shopsite order page. When a user goes through the order process to the final page when they submit thier order and go to paypal, the shipping charges show up. As soon as the user logs into paypal the only additional charge is the tax. The shipping charge is not included (just shows no shipping 0.00). If a user goes through the website without using paypal, the shipping charges show up fine. I've disabled paypal till this gets fixed so I don't eat shipping, but I usually get quite a few orders with this option, so I'd really like to turn it back on.

I have shopsite 8.

Does anyone know what is going on here? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the shipping settings in your PayPal account to make sure that they can be overriden by the shipping calculations from the ShopSite order? See the following ShopSite Knowledgebase article for more info:
