Upload a text file for Database

Can I have a sample .txt file from where I can get some idea how to upload a text file for Database ? I am trying to upload a text file but it shows errors. I already tried the solution given in this link http://support.shopsite.com/kbase/view_answer.php?questionID=S04190 but it didn't solve the problem.

Create a test product in the ShopSite back office. Then download this product. You will be able to see the exact field names and layout you need. I upload all the time with .txt files created in excel without incident. Make sure your last column is filled in with data for every row or this can cause errors.
