Can't post or search twice in 30 secs? q

This forum won't let me post two notes ior even do a search twice in1, 2 or 3 minutes? What gives? That's so annoying and illogical.

PS - I can't even go back and edit a post without waiting minutes. Crazy.

It's not "minutes", it's 15 seconds, and its the standard wait time for this particular forum software. Helps prevent server overload and against various kinds of attacks.

Ok, thanks. Sorry, I am trying to let go of my frustrations with the fact that my hosting company provides very little support for these tools.
