never received paypal or google order

I am testing my website payment processing. I had a family member place an order using google checkout. I receieved an email from google with all the information but never saw an order in the orders section of shopsite.
I received an order today, or at least got an email from paypal saying I have a echeck payment pending. Again no order in the orders section of shopsite.

Help!

1) Regarding the Google Checkout order, check in your Google Checkout account in the Settings -> Integration menu, see if there are any issues listed in the 'Integration Issues' section.

2) Regarding the PayPal eCheck order, if you are using the PayPal Website Payments Standard method for PayPal payments, then ShopSite will not accept it as a completed ShopSite order until PayPal has sent the notification that the eCheck has cleared (usually takes about 4 days or so). If you want to see eCheck payments right away you can use the PayPal Website Payments Pro (Express Checkout) method. This method will allow eCheck payments to become ShopSite orders immediately but the order will indicate that the status of the payment is pending until PayPal sends the notification that the eCheck cleared.

Also, if you don't want to accept eCheck payments via PayPal, you can disable that in your PayPal account under the Profile -> Payment Receiving Preferences menu by checking the checkbox with the label "Block the following payments: Pay with eCheck for website and Smart Logo payments, or German bank transfer for all website payments except eBay".

Ok, I will wait on the paypal order to clear.

I checked google intregration settings and there are no issues listed:


Integration Issues 1 - 0 of 0 issues
Date Type Order Description
1 - 0 of 0 issues

So nothing there, I am going to try another order today.

Did you ever cut and paste the API Callback URL from your ShopSIte configuration page for Google Checkout into your Google Checkout acocunt on this same Settings -> Integration menu? If not, then Google Checkout will not know that it is supposed to notify your shopping cart when a transaction is completed.

There is no call back url. I pasted it in but it is also asking if it is html or xml. Do you know?
It looks like html, it starts with https://

Choose XML as the format after pasting in the callback URL.
