1) Regarding the Google Checkout order, check in your Google Checkout account in the Settings -> Integration menu, see if there are any issues listed in the 'Integration Issues' section.
2) Regarding the PayPal eCheck order, if you are using the PayPal Website Payments Standard method for PayPal payments, then ShopSite will not accept it as a completed ShopSite order until PayPal has sent the notification that the eCheck has cleared (usually takes about 4 days or so). If you want to see eCheck payments right away you can use the PayPal Website Payments Pro (Express Checkout) method. This method will allow eCheck payments to become ShopSite orders immediately but the order will indicate that the status of the payment is pending until PayPal sends the notification that the eCheck cleared.
Also, if you don't want to accept eCheck payments via PayPal, you can disable that in your PayPal account under the Profile -> Payment Receiving Preferences menu by checking the checkbox with the label "Block the following payments: Pay with eCheck for website and Smart Logo payments, or German bank transfer for all website payments except eBay".
