Cannot Log in after ShopSite install

I have just installed ShopSite for the first time on a RedHat box running Apache 2.0. I have set "AllowOverride All" in httpd.conf but get error when I try to log in.

Do you even get a login prompt when you try to go to the start.cgi URL? If not, and instead you get a message saying 'username could not be determined', then what you did in the apache config file either was not correct, was not for the correct cgi-bin <Directory> directive, or has not taken effect yet because you haven't restarted apache.

I went back to httpd.conf and found the problem.
Thanks, it works correctly now.
