I'm trying to set up shipping to the UK, but when I get to the checkout, there's no way to get by without selecting a "state/province", the dropdown for which does not include any UK locations. I can't turn off state/province as a required field...
How are people supposed to check out when shipping to foreign countries if state/province is a required field?

I see that the "State/Province List" under "Commerce Setup">"State and Country" is actually editable... I don't know - it wasn't obvious for some reason... 
So I just added a state for "United Kingdom".
It would sure be nice if the list of states available was dependent on the Country selected.
