Did not receive info about 3 big orders...?

Hello there!


I contacted shopsite about this issue, but as it is quite urgent, i try the forums too...

I entered my shopsite backoffice yesterday, and saw that i had had 3 sales of a total of 2334,00 that day. This sounds right, as there were all of a sudden products getting sold out in my store that there were not many of.

But.. i never got any order emails! I did not either get any "New order" in my backoffice. I also checked the orders there just in case, but all i could see were the old ones. I also saw that my computer was accessed from a different computer a few days back, but i then remembered that was me doing that from somewhere else than home. So no one has been accessing the account except from me, but i cannot find these orders!

Where are they? Anyone has experience with this and found out what the problem was?

You need to contact the company that hosts your store. They are the only ones that would be able to know what is happening on their server.

I did contact them, but their support is kind of poor, as they are cheap.

They said that this was a "temporary issue". Oh I only hope they can restore those orders.. sigh. It was a RECORD in total this day So sad.
